Applicants appreciate the Examiner's acknowledgment of the claim for priority
and safe receipt of the priority document.
Double Patenting Rejection
Claims 1-4, 6, 8-9, 11-14, 16-17, 20-21, 24 and 27 are pending and have
been provisionally rejected under the judicially created doctrine of obvious-type
double patenting over claims 26-33 of copending Application No. 10/253,492.
Without admitting to the propriety of the rejection, the Applicants submit herewith a
terminal disclaimer to avoid the rejection.
Claims 5, 7, 10, 15, 18, 22-23 and 25 are pending and have been
provisionally rejected under the judicially created doctrine of obvious-type double
patenting over claims 26-33 of copending Application No. 10/253,492 in view of
Saoudi et al.
